A good example is Chris Lopez in the service department who went out of his way to help us quickly with a loose battery cable which he fixed and even helped us change the key fob battery! Bad, BAD, BAD experience! Where to start? Long story short.....don't go to Rick Case Kia, Sunrise and most especially their service department! Took our vehicle in last week for some minor recall work and when we picked it up the next day, it turns out they, meaning the service department rocket scientists had broke something that had been working perfectly before hand. It still isn't fixed!! Just a heads up everyone, CHECK OUT OTHER DEALERSHIPS FIRST!!
