I just want to give recognition where recognition is due. My Grandparents live in Florida during the winter and called me letting me know they have been having issues with their vehicle. The service writer (Tyler) was great to work with. I called him to express my concerns of my grandparents vehicle and got them taken care of during their visit and they didn’t even have to drop off their vehicle. I 100% recommend going to Tyler in service. I also want to give recognition to the scheduling department. I was worried about my grandparents getting taken care of while we are across the country from them. The scheduler called me to follow up on the appointment I made to ask me more questions and ensure they would get my family taken care of during their visit.

I was charged $70 for aftermarket belt that cost $12 outside, 400% markup + $90 to install the belt. The tech left his greasy finger prints on my headliner. I wrote to the dealer and they said they will look into it and that they will detail my car and get rid of the grease on my head liner but they never did, I sent two emails to Joedy Tidwell the service director asking when can I take my car in and got no answer.
