I purchased a used 2025 Ford Maverick and traded my 2024 Ram. Before agreeing to a final purchase, I paid $188 to Christian Brothers Automotive to do a thorough pre sale inspection. The Maverick was everything that it was advertised and the "out the door" price was the best I was offered after shopping for quite some time. Kudos to Brandon Goode for his no pressure approach and his knowledge of the product. I recommend Brandon and Ted Russell dealership without reservation

Absolutely frustrating service department. Dropped our Edge off over two weeks ago for transmission work. It was slipping noticeably but because it didn't show a "code" the technicians were unable to determine the problem. A week later, after a transmission service, they decided it was a bad torque converter. Said a new one would be in that Friday. A week later it arrived. They said it would be ready to pickup that evening, now Monday, two weeks after we dropped it off. Now Tuesday afternoon and they don't know when it will be ready. We have a premium extended warranty that includes a loaner or rental car. After telling us a loaner would be available in a day or two...no loaner has been provided. We fearcafter all this time, almost 12 business days, it will need a new transmission!!

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Ted Russell Ford in Knoxville, especially when dealing with Jason Deshane. We purchased a Honda Pilot from the dealership and were assured the vehicle had passed a safety inspection before we drove it back to Southwest Florida. Shortly after leaving, we discovered the tires were in unsafe condition and the brakes also needed immediate attention — serious issues that absolutely should have been caught before the vehicle was sold. What made the experience even worse was the way my wife and I were treated when we pleaded for help regarding the tires. Jason was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful instead of showing any concern for our safety. A dealership should never send a family on a long interstate drive in a vehicle with unsafe tires and bad brakes, especially after claiming it passed inspection. Very disappointing experience and not the level of professionalism or customer care we expected.

I bought a used car at this dealership Sept 2025. The main reason I purchased this particular vehicle is because it had a cd player. The salesman Keith Brown knew this. Long story short the player was broken when I bought the car and he knew this. The previous owner was the sales manager Shane Swann and he also knew it was broken but I was not told this.I tried for months to get it replaced to no avail. After being stonewalled I finally decided to write a review on google maps. The owner Lenny Lawson gave a nasty reply instead of solving the problem . Also the cloth seats were filthy and stained so I had to have it professionally cleaned I feel it is VERY unprofessional to sell a vehicle in this condition an shows disrespect to the customer

I have owned Ford vehicles my whole life. My experience with buying Fords as been acceptional and I must point a particular dealership that stands out from them all. Don Smith Ford. <br><br>I have started using the internet now to do all my research on the Ford vehicles. I have always dealt with Don Smith Ford so I decided to search the web for them and came across a website that was easy to use. It was informational, quick, and well structured which made it easy to use. After I inputed all the information I was needing , I immediately received a email stating that someone would get intouch with me via my email or phone number. It was about 1 hour from then, I did infact receive a email from Kenneth Brown (Internet Manager) and Don Smith Ford. He had stated that he had several vehicles that fit the discription of what I was looking for. He did all the research for me as far as (rebates, discounts) etc. By the end of the day he had a final price for me , that was most impressive. That following morning I showed up to the dealership and met Mr. Brown. He had the majority of the paper already filled out which cut down my waiting time. I was with friends at their cabin near Bryson City last week when the "check engine" light came on in my 2014 Ford F-150. I called Mountain Ford and spoke to David the Service Mgr. He told me that they were totally booked up but to bring it by and he would see if he could fit me in. By the time my friend came to pick me up they already had my truck in front of a bay with the hood up. In less than an hour they had the problem diagnosed and a part ordered. The following afternoon I was happily on my way. The friendly folks at Mountain Ford went above and beyond to address my needs and for this they easily earned a 5-star rating.

We had the BEST buying experience we have ever had! After deciding on the new car we wanted and doing a lot of research on price, I ask John Jarnagin, Jr. of Jarnagin Ford to find the car we wanted. I gave him the details of the car we wanted (including the interior and exterior color) and then I ask him for the best price he could get the car for. He located the vehicle that I was looking for. He also gave me the best price that I had found for the exact vehicle that I wanted and had already priced at several Knoxville dealerships and requested their "best out the door price" in writing. I did not share any information from one dealership to another on the prices that I had obtained. I only had this information for my purposes of finding the best deal for the same car. The other dealerships did not like giving me the information, however at Jarnagin Ford they gave me the "out the door price" without any question or any hassle. This is the way it should be at every dealership! Every dealership I visited was higher in price for the same car (except color). John located the car we wanted and arranged for it to be delivered for our purchase. We purchased the car and we are happy to have done business with them. We found this dealership to be very honest and efficient. They also do not nickel and dime you to death with every fee you can think of (believe me there are a lot of fees included that we as customers should not be paying) We would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a good honest price! If they do not have the car in stock, have them look for it like we did. We plan on doing business with them again in the future. Hope this review helps you in finding a great car sales experience.
