I had gotten my first vehicle at the wooster JDBYRIDER Car lot a couple of weeks ago. And the engine light come on. I Had it scheduled to go in to have it checked, thinking it was only going to be an easy fix. It ended up being a big deal. The engine was shot. I was stressing out and thinking, "what I was going to do". And JDByrder team contacted me and assured me all would be alright. I went in and picked out another vehicle and I drove it for 4 days and I was heading to work and the transmission went out of my second new vehicle. I was able to make it home and I contacted them the next day and they again said they would help me and make all work out. Well, once again I was stressing out. And again The JDByrider team and (Barry) was there to help me once again. Berry was on the phone all night searching for a vehicle with my needs. And the next morning he contacted me and found me a vehicle that was perfect for me. I found that JDBYRIDER come trought for me every time. I can't thank JDBYrider team enough for their help. Writing this in regards to my mother in law. She took the car she bought from them in for service & oil change on May 16th. They supposedly did a full inspection & changed all filters. One week later the car’s fan starting making a terrible noise. She took it in, they had her sit there for 4 hours. Told her that in one week a rodent built a nest from fender to fender, that it was a strong rodent because it bent metal, then charged her over $400.00 to “clean out the nest”, replaced a filter that supposedly was changed a week earlier, never fixing the fan or noise. Donley told her the engine needed to be removed to fix the fan & it would not be covered under her extended warranty. Had her take it to another Ford dealership, fan is being fixed under warranty, engine does not need to be removed. Donley saw an elderly widow & took advantage. This is sad & pathetic.

They had a very good price on it and agreed to take it to a AAA mechanic who checked it for us (we were buying it long-distance). Report came back clean, we drove to Ohio to get it, and it's been a great car. They were very nice to deal with, great car and a great price. I would recommend them.
