I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!

In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!).
