Generally they're a good dealership, but recently I've had issues with the service department that I've had to add oil to my car right after they did an oil change because is was not full. The technician that did my oil change was Wyatt Vogel. Also, when I dropped off the car at my appointment time, I requested that they wash my car for me - they said OK. When I was told it was ready, it was not washed. I had to wait another 35 minutes for them to wash it.

Labadie Toyota in Bay City is one of the best dealerships I've ever worked with. I've purchased 2 pre-owned vehicles from them and cannot say enough about the amazing sales team. Their team listens and understands your needs, are friendly and make car buying fun. Justin, Cody and team were absolutely wonderful. They also have an excellent service department. Absolutely go buy that new Toyota or used or certified pre-owned from these guys. They will not let you down. I would give 10 stars if I could!

In person service good. Keeping me informed not so hot. Ordered seals for my car they told me they were on back order. 3 months later still no word on them Finally called and had them in 4 days. Had my car for over a week and had to call every other day to get an update.
