Purchased a used 2021 Ford Ranger from this dealer about a month ago. Have had a couple of issues with the truck. First the passenger front windows stopped working and then a couple of weeks later the check engine light came on. Service department has been great! They replaced the window motor for free and repaired the EGR system under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the truck. I live 30 miles from the dealership and both times they picked up and returned the truck to my home. Fantastic service!

I’ve been a customer of Wickstrom Ford for several years but only for service. I was always impressed by their service so when I was shopping for a new car recently I decided to give them a try. I’ve been a a Tesla owner for the past six years and really liked the online experience for new car shopping and have always hated dealing with dealerships. Alex and Ryan at Wickstrom have completely changed my point of view. They made it very easy to buy a new Mustang Mache e - the whole process took about an hour with no “negations “ or unnecessary upsells. I highly recommend using Wickstrom for sales and service.

Had to have my 2015 Ford Fusion towed in for recall work. Todd and the boys took very good care of car and was transparent through the whole process. I especially liked the fact that I could text or call Todd directly whenever I had questions or to ask for an update. 10/10 experience and will definitely be back in the future.
