John Allen was my team member that helped me. I called to have my car inspected before I took a trip south. He arranged for a good time for me to come in for the service. Once I arrived he checked a few things in the car and asked exactly what I needed. The care he showed me and my car was if it was his! I really appreciate that. So many people looked down on women when dealing with questions about their cars. I thank you Mr. Allen for your service and care you showed me.

Scott listened to my interests and needs for my future car and was interested in finding what I wanted and he did it quickly. I did my research on many other manufacturers but kept coming back to Lincoln as my main choice. The Napleton dealership is close to my home too. Scott and Dan expedited the delivery process of my new car to accommodate my time constraints. They know their product and are really nice to work with.

“I took my vehicle to Art Hill Ford Lincoln for a full brake replacement, expecting professional, reliable work. Instead, I left with immediate squeaking—something that clearly indicates improper installation or missed issues. What’s more concerning is that when I returned, no real diagnostic effort was made. I was simply told the noise was ‘normal,’ which turned out to be incorrect. Another shop was able to identify and fix the issue right away, costing me an additional $336. More important, was how I was treated and lack of value for my time. This raises serious concerns about the quality control and workmanship at this service department. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with critical repairs.

THIS TERRY'S LINCOLN MERCURY DEALER AT 143RD STREET IN ORLAND PARK ILLINOIS, KNOWINGLY SOLD US A 2004 MERCURY MOUNTAINEER WITH A BAD TRANSMISSION ON IT. FURTHERMORE, THEY DENIED THAT THERE A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION UNTIL THE 12 MONTH/12000 MILE WARRANTY EXPIRED AND THEN STATED WE NEEDED A NEW TRANSMISSION. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US APPROXIMATELY 4500.00 TO REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION BUT ENDED UP SETTLING AT ABOUT 3000.00. THE CAR ALSO HAD SEVERAL OTHER ISSUES WHICH THIS UNSCRUPULOUS DEALER CONCEALED FROM US. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.
