We had a great experience at Dahl Ford! - Shannon Johnson

We had a great experience at Dahl Ford! Our salesman was down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He was a straight shooter from start to finish—no pressure, no runaround, just honest answers and a smooth, easy process. We really appreciated how straightforward and personable he was. Highly recommend!

They get you in, get the work done and get you out. - BOBS4WELDING

They get you in, get the work done and get you out. Or offer you the option of a loaner vehicle. I think that’s how you express good service. Bob Satterlee

I dealt with Jacob Leiting. - Sissygurl35

I dealt with Jacob Leiting. He was rather new but seemed to know what he was doing. I did have wait about a half hour while he helped another customer with her purchase from a few days ago. Other than that he was very professional and fun to talk to. My favorite salesman, Buddy no longer works there so that was a huge disappointment. I will definitely go back to sexton as this is my 3rd vehicle bought from them.

Always friendly and helpful. - court

Always friendly and helpful. Service, sales and parts all work very well together. Gustafson Ford is wonderful at non pressure car buying and communicating with their customers.

Just picked up our new Bronco! - J. Weeks

Just picked up our new Bronco! Wonderful customer service from start to finish. Dan, our sales guy, made working from out of state a breeze (including working on our trade in value.) Cedrick was thorough & worked hard to complete our transaction electronically ahead of time, so our in person closing ran smoothly. The front desk staff was so welcoming! Sean even took time to talk to us about our experience dropping our kid off at college… really genuine folks at Kunes Sterling. We would highly recommend working with them, and hope to again in the future. Class acts.

Where do I start? - jillsarcone

Where do I start?!?!?!?! I was on my way from Des Moines, Iowa to the Chicago airport with my daughter and her friend. They are taking the trip of their lifetime to Bali, Indonesia. I drive a Ford Lightening. The App was incorrect about where I could charge. I had 21 miles left on my truck when I pulled into Rochelle with nowhere to charge!!!!! I saw the Prescott Brothers Ford Dealership and pulled in. They came to our rescue!!!!!!!!!!!! They not only let me charge my vehicle there (and keep it there during our trip), but they got the 3 of us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight. I can not thank them enough. When I am ready to purchase my next vehicle, I will be driving to Rochelle and doing this from the Prescott Brothers. I will tell this story to everyone I know. They literally saved the day!

Just picked up our 5th purchase vehilce from Spring... - Bonnie Potthoff

Just picked up our 5th purchase vehilce from Spring Valley Ford. Chris Brands sold us 4 of the 5. Great Salesman and dealership. We will for sure buy from them again in the future.

Poor communication, attention to detail, - Unsatisfied!

One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!
