He went above and beyond for me in all respects (he even gave me a driving lesson in a parking lot, in the rain, to reeducate me as to the finer points of operating a stick shift). He was responsive to all my questions/concerns and addressed them all most expeditiously. When a minor concern arose, he assured me they would take care of it, and took immediate action to do just that. Carole in finance was just lovely, no hard sell, just ensured I had what I needed. Sam in service was also great. Plus, I LOVE my car. If you can buy an automobile here, do.

I have had two very disappointing experiences with Pinegar Honda in Springfield. First, when I was shopping for a Honda CR-V in 2018, I test-drove a vehicle there and attempted to negotiate the price. Pinegar would not budge at all. I then contacted a Honda dealership in Jefferson City, and they sold me a comparable vehicle for approximately $3,000 less. Because of that experience alone, I decided I would not buy a vehicle from Pinegar Honda. More recently, I paid about $1,200 to have my vehicle’s air conditioning system repaired. Just 13 months later, the air conditioner has stopped working again. When I contacted the dealership, I was told I would need to bring the vehicle back in and pay another diagnostic fee before they would even look into the issue. After spending that much money on a repair that lasted barely over a year, I found that very frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experiences, I have lost confidence in both the dealership’s pricing practices and its service department. I will not be purchasing vehicles from Pinegar Honda again, nor will I be returning for future service work. I cannot recommend this dealership.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle! Noah took good care of us, was not pushy at all, which was an issue I ran into with a lot of dealerships. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were so helpful through the whole process. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Car had a starter issue that had gone unnoticed. I signed the contract stating I bought it “as is” and they had no obligation to help us out at all, but they not only apologized profusely, they completely covered the mechanic cost to replace the starter and fuse, out of their own pocket- we didn’t have to pay a thing. They absolutely did not have to but we were so so appreciative. Jamie himself came out and talked to my grandma, offering to “make things right” and was so kind. We’ll definitely be returning when we’re in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend!
