Mark, your Service Manager, has been carefully attending - Alan

Mark, your Service Manager, has been carefully attending to my vehicles for the past 5 years. I have complete trust in the quality of work that comes out of Ozark Chevrolet. Trace, who leads Service Maintenance, has been outstanding. I’m excited to begin our 7-year warranty and service journey with our new 2025 Blazer. He was fantastic during our first check-up and took excellent care of everything. Thank you, Ozark Chevrolet!

My service experience was excellent. - jeffreywmaier

My service experience was excellent. It was simple to book a convenient time and day for me. You typically don’t find this kind of availability anywhere. Service writer team was efficient and assistive in every way. I recommend this service team.

Went in to buy a Hyundai Palisades, Ryan Anderson ( our salesman) was very personal and friendly. He knew the product line well and worked not just for the dealership but also worked to get us the deal we were satisfied with. Coming from a former car salesman, outstanding job Ryan!!! Also a shout out to Rich (salesman manager) and Sonny (finance) for making our deal problem and pressure free. Will definitely refer others here!

We've been bringing our cars to Daniel for several years now. Everytime he goes above and beyond to take excellent care of us and our vehicles. He will literally battle with Extended Warranty companies when they push back. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service we get with Daniel and Springfield Nissan!

Friendly service, working with Julian and Rylan was amazing. I've had my car with them for 2 years and it's been amazing. The warranty also took care of my oil changes over the years. Great financing and price.

Loved my entire experience. - staciebilyeu

Loved my entire experience. Chris rocked. He went above and beyond for me in all respects (he even gave me a driving lesson in a parking lot, in the rain, to reeducate me as to the finer points of operating a stick shift). He was responsive to all my questions/concerns and addressed them all most expeditiously. When a minor concern arose, he assured me they would take care of it, and took immediate action to do just that. Carole in finance was just lovely, no hard sell, just ensured I had what I needed. Sam in service was also great. Plus, I LOVE my car. If you can buy an automobile here, do.

I had the best experience with JR Johnston, no pressure sales, and got a great deal on my new vehicle.

Great staff, Austin the "smoozer" and Sonny the - Ken

Great staff, Austin the "smoozer" and Sonny the "closer". Very personable and professional without being "pushy". Of course a great selection of vehicles to choose from helps; for they are able to fulfill most every taste in the kind of car, pickup, or suv is desired by the client. If their after sales service is as competent as their sales department, I would expect a long term relationship of experiencing "vehicular satisfaction" with my (new to me) newly purchased Mazda!

Chris and the Team at Premier Sports Cars are true - Scavuzzo

Chris and the Team at Premier Sports Cars are true professionals from the beginning to the end. We purchased a Cadillac Escalade Sport Platinum from Premier and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The level of care and service they exhibit is truly remarkable. Chris really cares about his customers and the experience and we were very happy when we left in our new vehicle. Thank you Chris and Ashley.

My wife and I were servicing our car, a 2019 RX350. - mrichter1annuity

My wife and I were servicing our car, a 2019 RX350. Nice car, low mileage, no dents, etc. As with all of our services we look at the new cars to see what has been updated, added, designs, etc. We met Fred Scanlan who helped us look around. Fred, 5 stars. Mike and Linda Richter, new owners of a new LX 600.

Corey was our sales representative when my wife and I - chad

Corey was our sales representative when my wife and I were looking into purchasing a Kia. He was very attentive, extremely knowledgeable of the product. He was actually able to direct us in a different direction than what we thought we were looking for. We appreciate that he got to know us before trying to sell us a vehicle. Can’t say enough about this key representative who raises the bar at Springfield Kia. We highly recommend getting with CorEy. If you’re even thinking about looking.

I have had two very disappointing experiences with - BirdieJane

I have had two very disappointing experiences with Pinegar Honda in Springfield. First, when I was shopping for a Honda CR-V in 2018, I test-drove a vehicle there and attempted to negotiate the price. Pinegar would not budge at all. I then contacted a Honda dealership in Jefferson City, and they sold me a comparable vehicle for approximately $3,000 less. Because of that experience alone, I decided I would not buy a vehicle from Pinegar Honda. More recently, I paid about $1,200 to have my vehicle’s air conditioning system repaired. Just 13 months later, the air conditioner has stopped working again. When I contacted the dealership, I was told I would need to bring the vehicle back in and pay another diagnostic fee before they would even look into the issue. After spending that much money on a repair that lasted barely over a year, I found that very frustrating and disappointing. Based on my experiences, I have lost confidence in both the dealership’s pricing practices and its service department. I will not be purchasing vehicles from Pinegar Honda again, nor will I be returning for future service work. I cannot recommend this dealership.

Dave Brown was my salesman. - kentjohnson2428

Great experience and a great vehicle! - Wade

We came in to get a vehicle for my girlfriend, and they suggested a couple that were just a little out of our price range, they found us a great value for what we had and were super friendly and helpful through out the whole experience. We really appreciate the service and help they gave!

I had an issue on my vehicle a month after I took - glenwilliamsongdw

I had an issue on my vehicle a month after I took possession of it. Was told to bring it in so they can take care of it. Not many dealerships stand out for taking care of their customers after they have your money in hand. These guys are top notch and will get my business exclusively from now on. A dealership that actually cares about your experience with them. Great job Ozark Motorsports! Thank you James!!

Daniel was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. - Chasebowman

Daniel was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. He helped me pick the right car for me and was patient as I asked many questions.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for - elizabeth.agp04

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle! Noah took good care of us, was not pushy at all, which was an issue I ran into with a lot of dealerships. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were so helpful through the whole process. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Car had a starter issue that had gone unnoticed. I signed the contract stating I bought it “as is” and they had no obligation to help us out at all, but they not only apologized profusely, they completely covered the mechanic cost to replace the starter and fuse, out of their own pocket- we didn’t have to pay a thing. They absolutely did not have to but we were so so appreciative. Jamie himself came out and talked to my grandma, offering to “make things right” and was so kind. We’ll definitely be returning when we’re in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend!
