Excellent buying experience. We were shopping for a used vehicle for our kid that we didn’t feel like we would have to worry about leaving him stranded on the side of the road, but also wasn’t overpriced. We found both at Mike Willis Ford. The salesman listened to what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time showing us vehicles outside of our price range. We settled on a vehicle and they even worked with us on the pricing to ensure we stayed within our budget. Couldn’t be happier with this experience. After having visited other dealers in the area, I have to say the next time I am in the market for a vehicle I do not plan on wasting my time looking at other dealerships and I will go straight to Mike Willis Ford.

just let me say I went to 4 ford dealerships and Sterling was the only one that showed us awesome sales service. Quin did a super job in assistingus in what we wanted not what he wanted to sell us like the other dealers. very little haggling, no pressure relax setting, all in all awesome experience. financial department was also great. my first time buying or even visiting Sterlings and had a good experience. will totally recommend to familyand friends, thanks.

Beware before having your vehicle serviced for any issues that you may have. Do your research. I took my vehicle in for a major job. Communication only happened when I reached out and inquired about my vehicle and would ask for a status update. Once I got vehicle back , I noticed immediately that it sounded like a jet plane- never made this noise or ran hot. Reached out and advisor apologized and said should be an easy fix told to bring back to dealership. This visit cost me $135.00 on top of the $6200.00 already spent. Got vehicle back and the same issue. Reached out again and advisor scheduled to have vehicle picked up and brought to dealership. I reach out for an update and told tried everything they know and vehicle not triggering any codes so basically it must be my fault. I let them know that I know my vehicle and it did not have this issue prior to bringing it here. Message became short and curt and phone calls not returned. It’s laughable because they are meticulously taking photos to make sure they do not cause any visible damage. The same way I knew how I dropped off my vehicle and it never sounded like a plane or ran hot- until it was at this dealership. I was told my options were: don’t drive my vehicle on the interstate or let them try to troubleshoot one more time. If the repair worked then I had to pay for it, if not , they would. I needed my vehicle and I had to pay for their mistake another $1400.00. If you decide to go here make sure your take a video with audio so you’ll have proof of how your vehicle looked and sound. You will end up paying for their mistake.

One of the worst experiences me and my wife have ever had with a dealer ship. My wife has a 2021 ford Bronco and the transmission recently went out. Being that we now live in Thibodaux we bought it to Ford Robichaux to see about getting it fixed. They were quick to tell us it was going to be an absurd twelve grand to have it fixed. Unfortunately her vehicle fell outside the warranty. However, we reached out to Ford corporate and with apparently being a common issue with the bronco the said they would be willing to help cover a portion of the cost. The moment we got Ford corporate involved the service department at Ford Robichaux became unbelievably difficult to work with. For a week straight they told us by the end of each day they would have the information over to ford corporate need for the process. However it was never sent. After a week my wife started to get upset and started politely inquiring more about why the information need was still not sent at which point Ford Robichaux finally came up with a story about how they were going to need to fully disassemble the transmission to determine what the issue was and what the cost was going to be and would have to charge us the labor for that disassembly. This is crazy because they were really quick to tell us within a day of bringing the car there that the transmission was completely shot and would need to be fully replace and that it was going to cost twelve grand. After wife wife called them out on this they got extremely rude to her. I then decided to get involved and when I called and told them who I was and what I was calling about they became extremely rude and told me to come pick up the vehicle if we didn’t like it. So naturally we had a tow truck pick up the vehicle and bring it to a ford dealer ship we have dealt with in the past. They were more than helpful and got the information over to ford within two days WITH OUT HAVING TO DISASSEMBLE THE TRANSMISSION. I can not describe how bad the customer service was dealing with Ford Robichaux. I will be sure to tell everyone that will listen to stay away from Ford Robichaux in Thibodaux Louisiana by any means necessary.

Have a Lincoln Navigator that has a recall on the front seatbelts. Drivers seatbelt attempted to crush me and has now locked into place rendering it unusable and unsafe to drive. While this is a known recall there are apparently no parts available for the repair. Robinson Brothers states they have no idea when the parts will become available. Lincoln has no solution and zero concerns about no being able to correct this issue. My issue with Robinson Brothers is they have not reached out to even express their regret on this issue. If you are not buying a car they really don’t seem to care about customer service. So update the service manager called me but only related to the above review. She told me my review was unfair to them! She stated that a solution was offered that I pay for a repair, a part that doesn’t go to my truck, and when the correct part comes in they will fix it. I asked why not put that in without me paying and you take it back once the correct part comes in she said that was not possible. Then she proceeded to tell me they would cancel the recall part order and I should find a new dealership. I believe she proved my point in that they really don’t care about customers. Instead of just accepting the fact this whole situation is regrettable for all involved. She decides to double down on showing how little they are concerned! WOW!!!! She proved my point!!

Went to Superior Ford Saturday with my wife to test drive the new Ranger. Decided after looking at the Ranger, to test drive the Explorer. Loved the room and ride! Decide to give Ford another shot at my business. We have been driving Toyota’s and Honda’s since our bad experience with our 89 Ford Aerostar van. It was junk. Had not bought a Ford car since. But Fords ratings have been great the last number of years so we bought the Explorer. LOVE IT! Jacob Ducote our salesman, was the easiest guy to work with, friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving Superior a shot at your business. Even though Superior is primarily a truck dealer, it was a painless process obtaining our Explorer from a local dealer that had our SUV in stock. Just hoping our Explorer gives us 10+ years of trouble free service!

New one would not have had so much brown to it. Not only will I not purchase another vehicle with them I will recommend to anybody that they do not go there either.
