I called service about getting my GMC in for servicing. I explained it was loosing oil and I was told it can be put on a machine and evaluated, just bring it in early in the morning. I brought it in and was told there was no such test and the can change the oil then check it at 2000 miles then evaluate it. So David was great explaining everything and I left the truck to be serviced. I was pleasantly suprized that it was done so soon and I picked it up. David is great and takes care of his customers. I got home and checked the oil it was full. I checked the engine air filter and found one of the housing screws wasn't screwed down at all the I took the filter out and found a new air filter but leaves and dirt in the housing. Attention to detail was lacking. So I checked the cabin air filter and found the glove box door shock was not attached. It open and closed ok again lack of attention to detail. I do check things after I pay someone to complete it. This is why I rated it a 3. The job was done in a timely manner but it could have been done better. I haven't decided if I'll use Bob Howard again or not. I noticed on the invoice that my 2500 HD 6.6L pickup wash serviced as a GMC Sierra 1500. Nice work!

I have now Bought 2 More New trucks and a car for my daughter! I won't buy any other place now. They Also Give free oil changes for life, New or Used. Love them!
