Frontier has been fantastic to work with. - grasor

Frontier has been fantastic to work with. I bought the car here, and have it serviced here. Overall a great experience, and I will be back when I need another vehicle. Even with some issues from the factory, Todd and Joshua and the entire service department have been great.

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. - 01aisles-unmoved

Best dealership experience we’ve had in a while. Sent my wife to check out a Powerstroke, and she didn’t like it. She found the Duramax of her dreams…. Can’t speak enough about how helpful Dakota was in the process. They made a good deal with us, and we took the truck home. I’ve been buying cars on average of 2 a year for the last 20 years…. Do the math, whatever Smith is doing right now- keep it up!! Although it’s creepy as xxxx that cars.com knew we made a deal…. Smdh….technology can be a bit nosey

This place doesn't care about the customer. - bmsherman

This place doesn't care about the customer. All they care about is the sale and money. If you have issues they will not help you. If you have any respect for yourself GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I had a great experience! - mikewhite419

I had a great experience! It was hands down the best service I have had from any dealership. This is my fourth new vehicle purchased from a dealership. I will definitely only work with Stanley Auto Group in the future and recommend my family and friends. Thanks again!!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Brownfield Chrysler - fresnoboy

I recently purchased a vehicle from Brownfield Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and overall I have mixed feelings about the experience. To start with the positives, they were the only dealership that was able to get me approved after I had tried dealers in Midland and Dallas. The remote buying process was convenient, and my salesman James was responsive and helpful throughout most of the process. However, my biggest issue was transparency regarding pricing. I drove from Midland to Brownfield expecting the deal we had discussed remotely, but I was not informed ahead of time about a mandatory $1,400 “aftermarket” add-on. I only found out about it once I was already sitting in the finance office reviewing paperwork. When I questioned the charge, I was told it covered paint protection and the StarGuard vehicle protection/GPS system, and that it could not be removed. What made this frustrating was not just the charge itself, but the timing of the disclosure. By that point, I had already made the trip, invested the time, and was in a position where walking away was not simple because I genuinely needed a vehicle. I also struggled to understand the value of the paint protection considering the truck already had visible swirl marks and some paint imperfections. Because of the unexpected add-on, I chose to remove the service plan I originally intended to purchase. At the end of the day, I am grateful they were able to get me financed and I do appreciate James’ efforts during the process. I just strongly believe dealerships should disclose mandatory add-ons upfront before customers travel or commit significant time to a purchase.
