Despite experiencing a power outage in the service dept yesterday Am, Jake, a service rep, got me into the que for my scheduled time. Check in was quick and efficient, and my shuttle home worked very well.
Have not been to AutoNation Subary West for some time, and the new renovation was a truly pleasant suprise - nice job.
Check out was just as easy as check-in, and like my shuttle home in the Am, the return trip from my home to the dealership for pickup was easy-peasy; check-out a breeze as well. Work done well!
