The were to replace the AC compressor but they never did, I took the vehicle to another dealership where they told me that the ac compressor was never changed. I been trying to talk to her boss with no success.

I hope my complete comment is shown: My 2019 Escalade was serviced on 1/28/26. Yesterday, 2/13/26, approximately 5:30 pm, I was driving uphill on Antonio Parkway. Another driver alongside, started non stop honking his horn at me, as in trying to tell me something was wrong. I was hesitant but rolled down the passenger side window. Appropriately yelling, he said my tire was loose and about to fall off!! I immediately became very nervous and upset but kept my cool. I quickly thanked him, he continued uphill. Putting on my hazard lights, I made a u-turn and slowly made my way downhill to Ortega Hwy and turned right at the stoplight. I drove until I got to Rancho Viejo Rd and turned into the shopping center. I called Allen Cadillac, Laguna Niguel and was transferred to someone who I explained my emergency to. I don’t remember his name but he was helpful and told me, do not drive the truck further, have the truck towed there, leave the keys in the drop box and they would handle the rest. I called AAA to have it towed there. Dunnivan’s Towing arrived shortly. I explained what happened to the tow truck driver. He thoroughly, checked out all 4 tires. At that point, said he did not see anything wrong!! He then decided to double check all tires. By jacking up the truck, he found out what was going on. He said the spare tire was loose and was about to come crashing off!! I was so very happy and relieved he found out what was going on. He said, a serious, dangerous accident could have occurred had the tire fell off in traffic!! The thought of it is appalling!! That said, WHO ALL worked on my truck, was responsible for double checking that the work done was safely completed that day and what is going to be done about it? It was quite a day yesterday but gratefully, I was able to finish some of my errands, and safely make it back home. I live and drive every day in a very hilly part of town. Having a safe truck to drive is why I pay for and have a maintenance agreement. I’m calling Allen Cadillac, Laguna Niguel to update the office and to hear what they have to say about it now.
