We had a deeply disappointing experience with Allen Cadillac. During the purchase of our new car, we were misled and misinformed regarding critical safety features.
These omissions have caused immense stress, especially as my wife is about to give birth to our third child. Despite our repeated efforts to address these concerns, the dealership has refused to take responsibility and continues to ignore our safety issues.
Transparency and honesty should be fundamental when selling vehicles, especially when customer safety is at stake.
Unfortunately, this dealership has failed in that regard. I strongly advise any prospective buyers to exercise caution and reconsider before purchasing from them.
