Salespeople were very helpful and LISTENED!! We went for a drive and I fell in love with it. He was very patient in explaining what I was getting for the money (a good price), and also took the time to explain each "extra" item. My salesperson, John Pitts, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Kim Bourke, the Mktg. Director, was also a great help. The financing person, A.J Miller, was very helpful and made buying the car an easy process. The owner of this dealership, Phil Porter, is known for giving and philanthropy in our Jacksonville community and is well-respected by all. This dealership is a pleasure to do business with. Outstanding from start to finish Visited four ( Hyundai, Mazda, Honda, Toyota ) other dealers prior. Some were high pressure, some were not professional.....no product brochures or low product knowledge. Steve Barba was our salesperson. He was low pressure, very knowledge of the product, helpful and professional. He listened to our criteria, then looked at the Forester, did the test drive, reviewed the standard equipment plus options. Steve showed us all areas of the car.....engine compartment, trunk, interior and explained what was there and how it worked. He was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the dealers we visited. Sabino Martinez greeted us upon arrival and got us started until Steve was available....another excellent, friendly, professional. The finance manager, Mr. A. J. Miller was equally professional....friendly, fast, and proficient. Overall the experience was excellent....and we are happy with the car. More

Purchase of Subaru Outback I was not in the market for a new Subaru when I came in for a service visit. But the 0% interest rate encouraged me to investigate purchasing a new O I was not in the market for a new Subaru when I came in for a service visit. But the 0% interest rate encouraged me to investigate purchasing a new Outback. Sat down with Mark Minter to discuss a new car. Took an Outback out for a test drive. Knowing all the safety qualities of Subaru, I concentrated on listening about the bells and whistles of a new car. Took several days to consider the purchase of the new car. Throughout the process, there was never any pressure, just an easy going, friendly attitude from Mark. He answered all of my questions. When I decided to purchase, the car I selected was brought to me for a test drive. All the features were identified. The Finance Office experience was quick, friendly and easy to understand. With the deal completed I was given a thorough explanation of the Outback's features and how those features worked, along with a review of the dealership's customer services. All in all, a very easy and comfortable experience in buying the car. More
