My father took the car in once and I’ve taken it in twice. The CarPlay is still not fixed. My car is a 2024 and under warranty. AJ has been very pleasant to work with but 3 times is too many. He told me I should be expect a resolution by Friday but I reached out to him on Friday and AJ said Honda has been contacted and that it’s now in their hands. This needs to be resolved ASAP. I trusted HONDA as I currently have 3 Hondas and I have had 6 in the past. I bought her this 2024 new vehicle so that she would have CarPlay. It’s under warranty and needs to be fixed ASAP. I’d like to be contacted by the factory rep at this time. More
