I was very happy with the experience at Paramount Kia I was very happy with almost everything at Paramount, especially with the team of Bucky, Mark and Jordan. I was not satisfied with the first trade-in I was very happy with almost everything at Paramount, especially with the team of Bucky, Mark and Jordan. I was not satisfied with the first trade-in value they quoted me, but through discussions they later increased the value by $3,000. The only other complaint was that in offering me their extended warranty plans, they did not tell me the actual cost of these plans, only the monthly payments for the car including each plan, and they did not give me an option of no extended warranty plan. Other than that, everything was excellent. More
