Wonderful sales experience buying a Hyundai Tucson!! I met my sales advisor Heather Golden weeks prior to purchasing my new truck. I was at the dealership picking up a part for my old truck and I was gre I met my sales advisor Heather Golden weeks prior to purchasing my new truck. I was at the dealership picking up a part for my old truck and I was greeted by Heather and she said you didn't have to buy a part today you can buy a new car..lol! I said no not today and a month or two later when I decided to trade my vehicle in I looked her up to get her name. She was so very nice and professional. I was by myself with my 9yr old daughter which made it difficult to handle business, but Heather was patient and even entertained her while I met with the finance manager. Everyone that I encountered while at the dealership was so nice. I would recommend Ricart to anyone I know looking for a vehicle!! 5-6-18 When we walked into the showroom, we did not feel pounced on. We had an appointment and we started talking right away. Our salesman, Case, talked to u When we walked into the showroom, we did not feel pounced on. We had an appointment and we started talking right away. Our salesman, Case, talked to us for a while getting the feel for our situation and our financial demands. Once we looked at the car we wanted, we realized it was not big enough for our grandchildren's carseats. Case then showed us a Hyundai, but we wanted something cheaper. He then showed us a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was a perfect size, but we were concerned about an increase in our desired payment. He worked very diligently to find one that would work within our budget. Before I drove the car off the lot, Case went through all the bells and whistles and told me he will call in a few days to make sure I have no concerns and told me to call him if there is any question I have. Obviously, buying a new car is very time consuming, juggling numbers, finding models, checking credit, evaluating trade-in, etc. However, we never felt forgotten (like you do in an examining room at the doctor's) Managers came by to make sure we were getting the attention we wanted and if there was anything they could help with, and Case attended to us in between. Even Jack, the finance person was quick and efficient, explained everything thoroughly. I truly did not expect to walk out with a car today. The service from Case our salesman, to Steve and Jeremy the managers, Aaron and Jack the finance person, they all made us comfortable and worked tirelessly to meet our demands. Cathy Cordy More
