Schedule process was easy, got slot within week. At dealership service, my advisor Jeff was exceptional, he knows exactly a customer needs to know from car service prospective. It was my first visit and never occurred to me at once that I am left alone at any stage. It was around an hour and got car back with oil change and pre full regular inspection. I had maintenance insurance on my car and Jeff took care everything from insurance claim prospective.
