The staff is friendly in every department , always giving the customer a greeting or welcoming smile. Ali Kamal is not only highly professional but has that added dimension of sincerity and kindness. He was so patient explaining the operating system of our new Highlander. He is an excellent teacher and seemed to know when he may want to run through a point again! I was so relaxed with him that when I drove off the lot I was confidant that I really knew my car. I would send everyone I know to Ali. Arron Root was excellent with the finances. He was easy going maintaining charm, humor and professionalism. And----What can one say about Adam Luneau except that he is the best! More

Purchased Rav4 Disappointed in my experience. Went into meet with the finance person, while my sales person was going to follow up with additional paperwork. When Disappointed in my experience. When returning to the salespersons desk, he had not finished my paperwork and had another customer at his desk who had to leave the area while we finished my paperwork (which should have already been taken care of, per the salesperson). Also, after all was finalized, they advise they don't have all the keys to this vehicle and if/when they find it they will mail it to me. Left a message for the general manager on 9/30 and over a week later, still waiting for a call back. More
