Now servicing my 3rd BMW with Adam I have owned BMW's for several years now and the only constant so far has been where I've taken them for service. I would not bring my cars anywhere e I have owned BMW's for several years now and the only constant so far has been where I've taken them for service. I would not bring my cars anywhere else but to Rallye BMW and Adam Romano. To say I am anal about my car would be an understatement and Adam really understands this and takes care of the car for me. From the greeters to the technicians to the cashiers the entire Rallye team has always exceeded my expectations in both friendliness and timeliness. I would highly recommend Rallye and specially Adam for servicing any BMW. More

Adam in Service Adam Romano in service is the man. If you are able to service with them I recommend you see him. Perfect IS Possible Highly recommended dealership and staff. I'd like to single out Gabriel Hale for his beyond outstanding service. I buy a car every three months or so, Highly recommended dealership and staff. I'd like to single out Gabriel Hale for his beyond outstanding service. I buy a car every three months or so, so I have a lot of experience with many dealerships and advisors. Gabriel truly makes Rallye stand above all other dealerships and he has won my loyalty. I don't have to follow up with him, he does so himself. He doesn't pressure me into a certain car or options. He basically learns who his buyers are and treats them accordingly. He has also helped me save A LOT of money compared to the competition but working out the best incentives possible and building the car right, with options that I'm going to need not options that I'll never use. I'll be visiting again shortly. More

Outstanding Customer Service Dealing with Problematic Car Had some unfortunate issues with our X5 and needed to trade it in immediately. Not only did Rallye provide a loaner for an extended period of time, with no problem, they gave us a fair deal on our trade-in, as well as a great deal on a new car. We were treated with the utmost courtesy by all involved and I have nothing but the highest praise for our service rep, Adam Romano, our salesman, Richard Isaac, as well as Rich D'Angelo, who ensured that everything about the experience was as good as it could be. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was handled with aplomb. It was unequivocally the best car buying experience we have ever had. We could not have asked for a better outcome and are now just enjoying our zippy, new car. More
