Adam was absolutely awesome to work with while purchasing our new 2024 Tacoma. He was super knowledgable about the vehicle and easy to work with when it came to putting together the deal. Working with Adam Safford was amazing. I knew what I was looking for and he had it available. I looked at it and within a week I had my new car. I've had horrible experiences in the past s I knew what I was looking for and he had it available. I looked at it and within a week I had my new car. I've had horrible experiences in the past so I was hesitant to do it again, but I really needed a vehicle. Adam made the process so simple and informative. It felt like my buddy was selling me a car. He answered all my questions, I felt completely informed about the car I was buying. At the time I had a rental and he was able to help me return with no problem. Hands down, best car buying expensive in my life! More

Adam Stafford and the Heritage Toyota team define professionalism and exceptional customer care. Adam did a great job helping to negotiate the price and deliver the car. I was running a tad late and professionalism and exceptional customer care. Adam did a great job helping to negotiate the price and deliver the car. I was running a tad late and he stayed later than usual and lined up the financing and sales work through electronic Docusign. I was in and out under 30 mins and negotiated the Costco price online!!! They are longstanding members of the Costco Auto program, and did not bail out for more profits during the pandemic when they could have sold their vehicles at 4-6K markups over MSRP. Instead they have chosen to create value with their customers by offering a fair price and trusting that generations of Toyota buyers will come back for additional vehicles and service. My family and I travelled almost 1000 miles round trip to honor the Heritage Auto group family in VT from NJ because of their great values and ethics. Maybe someday I will combine a ski trip with another Toyota RAV4 purchase! More
