Pulled a fast one on me Very unhappy with this dealership. First of all I was told I was getting my car at 0%, no payments for 3 months. I (stupidly) assumed that was wha Very unhappy with this dealership. First of all I was told I was getting my car at 0%, no payments for 3 months. I (stupidly) assumed that was what I was signing when I was with the finance guy. I (stupidly) just signed where he told me to sign without looking at the documents. It turns out that I am paying interest with payments starting immediately. VERY PISSED OFF WHEN I REALIZED THIS. Called the dealership and they said I got a better deal that way. If that's true, why didn't they tell me when I was signing the papers. I wanted the 3 months with no payments as I work in a school and was off for the summer and would not be getting a paycheck for the summer. They also pulled a fast one with the Extended Service coverage. They told me it would be an additional $12 per month which would have been $864. On the contract it shows that I am paying $1,579 for the warranty. After learning that, I cancelled the warranty and they said I would be getting the $1,579 back. That was on 6/1/20. Still haven't received that refund. After filling out a survey for the dealership, I received a phone call from someone who said they were the manager's assistant. She said the manager was out all week but she wanted to know why I gave them such low ratings. I told her all of the above, she said she would get back to me after talking to her boss about what happened and I never heard a word from her. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone and if you do buy from them, double check your documents. More
