We immediately felt comfortable with him. He was very sincere in helping us find what we were looking for. In the process I was on the fence about trading my vehicle in. I wasn't sure what I wanted for my next vehicle. John Mitchell took the time to answer any and all questions I had as well try different vehicles to find the best fit for my family. Once he learned what I was looking for in a vehicle all the way down to the color he found exactly what I needed. Even after I purchased my vehicle I realized I left my parking stickers for work on my old car. I contacted John and within a half hour had gone to the location where my car was and retrieved them for me. Both John Mitchell and Adriel Calo were great and very nice to my family. We have now purchased three vehicles from Herb Chambers Seekonk and will continue to for all our car needs. More

Rancier greeted my father and I as we walked through the door and within minutes we were out on a test drive. Rancier thoroughly explained my options and answered every question I had about the car. Back at the dealership my 2006 Accord was evaluated, and I was given a clear print-out displaying my lease options and the amount they were offering for my trade-in. Rancier also thankfully informed me there was a discount for recent college graduates, saving me an additional $500 that I otherwise wouldn't even have been aware of. The whole team at Herb Chambers was very accommodating when it came to making certain I received the discount. I hadn't obtained my official diploma from school yet, but Rancier, Emilio, and Adriel all helped to ensure I was able to pick up my new CR-V, and receive that discount without delay. Picking up the new car just a few days later was a breeze. Rancier thoroughly went through the vehicle with my girlfriend and I, and even topped off the gas when he noticed it was just shy of a full tank. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and my new 2016 CR-V. He went directly to Adriel with my request and was able to order my vehicle with a specific delivery date. While I was waiting for delivery, Rancier kept in contact with updates on the vehicle status as well as facilitating my meeting with Bill in finance. Well, with the advent of online car shopping, I found the experience to be easier. I've been looking at the particular car for a while and Herb Chambers really had competitive prices (I did find similar comps for a few thousand less, but the convenience of location was worth it.. I am picking up a used Mercedes SUV tomorrow and am excited for it. Their 5 day no hassle money back guarantee is great, so people can get their car inspected if they need an unbiased opinion. After I pick it up, they do not handle anything else, which I wish they did. If there is an issue, I would go to a mercedes dealer (Obviously, if I bought a honda, they would service me). I am not sure if the extended warranty is worth it, but the finance director was not hassle free and gave me options. My sales rep was Tracy Zhao. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the follow-up this woman has. Although she has just been in the car business for 3 months, she truly was genuine, caring, nice and not fake. It was almost like I was buying a car from a friend. I didn't feel hassled. The car I wanted was off lot and I was eager to see it because I wasn't sure if the interior met my needs. Well, Tracy called the facility it was at and requested pictures and sent them to me via text (SO easy and my preferred method during the day). Then when the car arrived, she alerted me and I wasn't going to be able to go that night, but she mentioned they couldn't hold it, so I changed my plans (PPAC show) and she waited for me (10+ hour day for her). We drove, negotiated a little, did a trade-in, and I committed to the purchase. The entire team was helpful. We were there AFTER close, and I didn't feel pressured at all (I know they all wanted to get home, of course!). Scott, the manager, Adriel, Emilio and Jose all answered all my questions and went above for my trade-in and my small requests I had. I would certainly recommend people doing their due-diligence on the car they want and if Herb Chambers has it, go see Tracy!! More

Initial interactions with internet sales consultants were satisfactory and initial pricing offer caught my interest. Subsequent interactions were incrementally worse. Lesson learned ,based on reading other reviews of this dealership is to choose the right sales consultant to work with. Someone with more knowledge and experience of the overall process, may have made this interaction much more favorable. More
