Worst car buying experience I have ever had I purchased a 2004 crv that I never got to drive off the lot because they did not look at the car before having me sign paper work. They went ahead registered the car leaving me with no car to get work. It has been 2 months and still waiting on the rest of my refund. So unless you have time and money to waste do not but a car from them. More

Wonderful customer service! I went into Honda of Seekonk in hopes of trading in my 2013 Accord lease for at least the same model , just newer year . Luckily, I was able to walk out with a NEW 2014 Honda CRV all wheel drive! ( Awesome for driving in the snow this winter! ) Special thanks to Russell Curran, you were more then helpful and friendly. YOU helped me get my new mommy car ( bigger and roomier! ) before my little addition arrives next year... making it 2! The room in this vehicle is great and awesome for 2 car seats. This CRV is perfect! Russell offered me a water he had and without hesitation told me to sit and relax while he moved my old cars junk in the trunk into my new car. It was very sweet! Thanks again. Also thank you Adriel for helping show me numbers, I was just trying to get the best deal, and I did! When I came in to pick up my registration there was this older gentleman who was very sweet and helped me on my way out of the service department. sorry, I cant think of his name . Ice cream & pop corn in the waiting room was a plus too! :P THANK you!!!! More

Even though they didn't have the color we wanted, Rancier arranged it from other location and brought it our house for test drive which was very nice of him. They beat the price of a competitor as well, which shows their customer care. Rancier was on top of updating me the status of the car. He replies to email/text pretty quick which is very impressive. At the end, Rancier arranged for the demo with Kevin which was very helpful. He went through each and every features of the car, which helped us a lot to learn the fancy technology. Overall we had an excellent experience and will highly recommend Herb Chambers in Seekonk, MA to all our family and friends. More

I had been a long time customer at Herb Chambers and was very disappointed with this business acumen. When this was followed up by their Management, I did not get any satisfaction and there was a complete lack of listening to this customer and my needs. I felt like I was talking to a wall. I had been a faithful customer, and they could care less. It was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend a new car purchase from here. More
