Ainsley was great, she kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. Listened to what I was saying while she was doing other things, but never made me feel like she was not listening or under going on with my vehicle. Listened to what I was saying while she was doing other things, but never made me feel like she was not listening or understanding. Hopefully this resolved the issue with my vehicle.
