This is the 2nd time I’ve bought a car from Family Hyundai…& I was so glad to see that George “Skip” Hasenjaeger was still there! He sold me both cars, 9 years apart…& to this day, I still believe he Hyundai…& I was so glad to see that George “Skip” Hasenjaeger was still there! He sold me both cars, 9 years apart…& to this day, I still believe he is the BEST!! He takes time to listen, I trust his advice & I always get the best deal! Also…high marks to “Al” from Aftermarket Upgrades & “Scott” from Finance! Both men were great & very patient in explaining things. And a special thanks to “Graham” for helping secure my deal & push it through!! I was treated great & have a beautiful car to show for it!! More

The first service gentleman did not know his job. Either he lied to me or the mechanic lied to him. My moon roof would not close when I turned the car off. The mechanic insisted it was opened a litt Either he lied to me or the mechanic lied to him. My moon roof would not close when I turned the car off. The mechanic insisted it was opened a little when I brought it in. It was not. It was closed He sent me home with cold air coming in the top of my car. I was told to call Al to have it fixed. I was in tears when I got home. My husband called and they offered to put a piece of plastic over it. My husband got in touch with Al. We had to take it right back. Not a short tripI live in New Lenox. However Al took care of everything . Offered me a loner car which I refused. Two days later the car was repaired and returned to me. I did not appreciate the mechanic lying to me. I did not apply the double trip to get my car repaired More

Everyone was super helpful and did everything they could to make the process of buying a new car easier! I wasn’t in a position to buy a new car, but my old one basically died and I need one ASAP.. so needl to make the process of buying a new car easier! I wasn’t in a position to buy a new car, but my old one basically died and I need one ASAP.. so needless to say, it was a less than ideal situation and very stressful. But they took the time to really help me out and make it less stressful as possible. I appreciated their patience with all my one million questions and back and forth with deciding which vehicle to get. I was very pleased with all the service, friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new car. Great people, great service, beautiful cars, and an amazing warranty on their vehicles! More
