I started here at Tim's Truck Capital as a receptionist back in 2016. I worked my way up and found myself in the parts department and as a Service Advisor. Now I find myself in Sales and securing financing for all our customers. When I am not at work I love spending time with my friends and family watching sports and exploring the North Country and their ATV trails!

Hi at this point I'm marginally satisfied with the customer service. I've been waiting 30 days to hear back about the company was going to help me according to a salesman as far as either getting me i customer service. I've been waiting 30 days to hear back about the company was going to help me according to a salesman as far as either getting me into another vehicle comparable to the 2009 Altima or on the repairs. I found a BMW for $4,000 on the website that looks comparable hopefully could also be inspected and that would make me extremely satisfied and happy. They also mentioned they would call back on a friend's phone and according to her she did not receive a phone call. So I'm waiting to hear if we can either get me into another vehicle that's comparable and hopefully inspectable and a vehicle that will last me a while as I am 100% disabled. I have doctor's appointments and many other obligations that I must attend to on a week to week basis so therefore dependable vehicle does need a lot to me even though certainly I do not have a lot of money. So if we can fix this problem out I will be again extremely happy satisfied and content with the service. Other than that I really enjoy the company I enjoy the salespeople I enjoy the service department all of them are very professional but we need to get some results done as soon as possible.
