Chris did a wonderful job answering all my questions about the car I was looking at. Even though he was off the clock he was still willing to answer anything. I live out of state and was nervous to buy a car I couldn't actually look at but Chris helped that process go very smoothly. He was willing to FaceTime me to show me the car and sent pictures of under the car within just a few hours. The dealership and Chris set up a couple of drivers to meet me half way to pick up the car so I wouldn't have to make a 16 hour round trip. Signing paperwork was easy and nice to be able to read it at home and take my time. Thanks Chris!! More

I've bought a lot of new/used vehicles over the years, and let me tell you, buying this truck through Bill and team at Long McArthur over phone & text messages was literally the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Way easier than in person purchases I've made, surprisingly. I live in ID and there were no Lightnings with the specs we needed anywhere nearby. There was a decent one at my local dealer that we test drove, but we didn't like the color. We were looking for the red version, since my wife has wanted a red truck since she was little. Aside from that, we really wanted some key safety features that aren't available on some trims. Bill listened carefully and didn't try to convince us to get something else, or something more expensive, etc. He knew that we knew exactly what we wanted and helped make it happen. Throughout all my interactions with Bill Rogge and Alex Gershon, I felt like they had our best interest at heart, while also providing a lot of helpful info when it came financing, warranty, and accessory options. We never felt too pressured into anything at any point. Our phone/text conversations were straight forward and efficient, and they both answered the million questions I had about the truck and the process of having it delivered and registered and charged. The truck was delivered to my house within a few days after I signed all the papers and we are very happy red truck owners! More
