We had such a positive sales experience with Alex Jackson and Jeff Lish! This was my best ever car-buying experience over 45 years of buying cars. Alex arranged for a hassle-free and relaxed test drive we and Jeff Lish! This was my best ever car-buying experience over 45 years of buying cars. Alex arranged for a hassle-free and relaxed test drive we took on our own, feeling safe and secure in the Covid precautions and practices we observed at Sloane. Alex knew all the features of the RAV4 hybrid and was through and friendly in answering our questions. Alex made our time enjoyable, being gracious and good humored in conversation and discussion while we worked through getting a trade-in valued fairly and financing arranged. Jeff made us feel very well taken care of, kept things light, took time for conversation, and helped move the sales process along effortlessly. We never felt pressured and appreciated the opportunities provided to ask questions. Martin took care of the final document signing expeditiously and with appropriate attention to the business details. It would be hard to imagine shopping elsewhere for our next car after the great service provided by Alex and Jeff. More
