Service tech knowledge is great. Problem better but not fixed. Civic si handling is like a xxxxxxx wrench in certain conditions, xxx is the problem. I made an appointment for an advantage care service. I arrived on time. Other than moving my car 5 or 6 times, no one worked on it for a good hour. When it finally went up on the rack, the tech did a good job (I observed from outside the door). The service associate tried to make it right with my by giving me a card for a free oil change. I thought that was pretty decent of him. I left satisfied with the experience. More
