I had spent almost a week haggling with another dealer on the price of the car as well as my trade. Alexa worked very quickly and was very amicable throughout the entire process. From a quick phone call Wednesday morning, to having an agreement in place by the afternoon, I made a 2 hour and 45 minute trip to trade in my old car for my new one. Wonderful experience.
