I recently purchased a brand-new truck from Jerry Tampa for my business, expecting reliability and support. However, just 700 miles in, the check engine light (CEL) came on, and after two visits in Tampa for my business, expecting reliability and support. However, just 700 miles in, the check engine light (CEL) came on, and after two visits in one month, no one at the dealership has been able to diagnose or fix the issue. This repeated downtime has forced me to unload and reload all my tools and equipment twice, taking valuable time and causing major inconvenience. Despite explaining the impact on my business, I’ve received no follow-up or response from the manager, Noel, who is fully aware of the situation. Furthermore, they don’t offer a loaner truck or a large SUV that could accommodate my needs. This experience has been a huge disappointment, and I can’t recommend Jerry Tampa and/or Seminole Sanford for anyone needing reliable service and support, especially for business purposes. More
