My 14 years of Sales Experience have taught me to listen more to the customers’ needs and then answer these needs directly. As a product of Dale Carnegie training, winning friends & influencing people is a core concept of my Sales process. The dealership made everything so seamless and easy. Alex was great and walked us through everything we needed to know about the new car. Alon made us feel so comfortable and secure in our decision. He wasn’t pushy at all and treated us like we were his own family instead of customers. Santiago made the financial aspect of things easy to understand and was so quick. He helped us get the financing together the same day so we got to leave with our new vehicle. More
