Once I got to where I was to be it was ok I made a appt at least a few or one week out and not at any time was I told to go to new place on the either side of complex when I made the appt When I got there at least a few or one week out and not at any time was I told to go to new place on the either side of complex when I made the appt When I got there I waited while the two women talked about what ever thawybwere convo about then I told them I was here to get my car serviced and they said it’s not here on the other side at old Hyundai service I I said it would have been nice to know this when I made the appt (because I had a funeral to go to ) and was pushing for time which I was all frustrated about that when I was going out the door the lady on the far left said well it’s not that big of a deal Well maybe it wasn’t but when you make appts and have been there for 10yrs going to get your service and wasn’t told and which I didn’t k ow yes it’s was a big deal and if your the customer person you make the whole place look bad not just you for how she acted More
