While the service department provides good service, the fact that they now charge a 3% surcharge on credit card payments and that is not told at time of scheduling or drop off but only when you go to pick fact that they now charge a 3% surcharge on credit card payments and that is not told at time of scheduling or drop off but only when you go to pick up did not make me happy. I would have brought the necessary cash if I had known in advance. I will be heading elsewhere for expensive repairs on things easy to get other places like tires, brakes, muffler, etc. More

My car broke down and had to be towed to nearest repair shop and it was theirs. They couldn’t fix it till the next morning so they took us to a hotel and picked us up to return us to my car. They only char shop and it was theirs. They couldn’t fix it till the next morning so they took us to a hotel and picked us up to return us to my car. They only charged for the repair and had Subaru pay for the part. Couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. More
