Your service reminds me of vacuum cleaner.. it took from 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it 4/29/20 until 7/16/20 to have the warranty repair completed. Given that I had only had thevehicle for approximately two weeks when I couldn’t get it started, and I was only told to “call roadside assistance” is infuriating. After getting the vehicle to your so called service department, not once in two and a half months did anyone call me to update me on the status of the parts. When I called to inquire, the calls were not returned as requested. It would be interesting to know when the parts actually arrived at your facility and then why I was not notified so that a repair could be arranged. It's quite obvious to me that people are not doing what they are paid to do. More

I have had my 2016 Yukon at your facility on 3 occasions; one for repair, one for a factory recall, and the last (this) time for full service. I thought I would try using Master's for oil, lubes, filter, tir one for repair, one for a factory recall, and the last (this) time for full service. I thought I would try using Master's for oil, lubes, filter, tire rotate and balance. In the.past I used other service facilities, but thought I would try yours based on past workmanship and customer appreciation. Each time Mr. Dave Truitt did an outstanding job seeing that things were done in my best interest. I am sold, you have my business.
