Awful Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile Worst customer service! They had my husbands truck for several days and failed to tell him they wouldn’t be able to get to it to work on it. Meanwhile he had to get a rental when that could have been avoided. We then had to take the truck back down to have it fixed and was kept for almost 2 months and at the end of all of this still had to pay for a rental bc they didn’t have the decency to call anyone. We bought my car from them 2 years ago and after this most recent experience we will never be back. More

Service Center I was told Friday by the service manager to bring in my brand new truck if I wanted to. My Brand new 2500HD Denali was running low on DEF, shiftin I was told Friday by the service manager to bring in my brand new truck if I wanted to. My Brand new 2500HD Denali was running low on DEF, shifting hard, fuel injectors had a recall. Was told I could bring it in Friday but may not get to it. Leave it Saturday still may not get to it, and maybe Monday. Monday Alyson contact me before I went back to Charleston and said bring it in and they would top it off and run a diagnostic inspection. Stayed in the service bay for 2.5 hours. I called Alyson twice no return. I reached Charles and told him to just top it off. He did and told me about the recall. Kinda disappointed with GMC customer service and the fact that I paid over 70K for my truck w/ 8,000 mile on it, and it needs to be in the shop constantly! It should also be noted that on the receipt it stated the customer acknowledged receiving the original estimate of $130.00 (+tax). I was never given an estimate. This may have to the fact that the work was under warranty. Just read it on the form at the end. Still, great people to do business with. More

Terrible service department Took vehicle in for air conditioner and backup camera warranty work. Held the vehicle 7 days after saying it would be a 2-3 day turnaround. Got the car back and the air worked great, however a few days later we notice issue with the backup camera every so often. I was planning to take it back then receive a call from a lady asking if I still need my part? When I asked what part she stated something to do with the backup camera. Haven’t been back I will take the car somewhere else to get the rest of this warranty work done. It will cost me $100 to take it elsewhere but it’s totally worth it. Careful when using these folks! More

Quality on time service. We use this dealership for both of our vehicles. We haven’t used another center since 2012 when we bought our Acadia from there.
