I met with Mark on day one to go over cars I liked and while I was waiting for the cars to test drive always offered me a refreshment. He made it fun to car shop and check out new cars. After going through all the cars I was interested in, he gave me a recommendation on what he thought might interest me. I drove away in a 2015 Kia Optima SX and i couldn’t be happier. Carlos made the Finance part easy and painless while helping me out and explaining everything in detail before I signed anything. I will only use Bourne for now on! More

From the first interactions on-line and over the phone I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism with everyone I dealt with. At the dealership, Mark arranged for me to drive four vehicles I had chosen on the website. He was very friendly and accommodating. I never felt pressured in any way. I discovered the next day that I had picked out a vehicle that didn't have one of the features I was looking for. I called Mark and he was completely understanding and we made arrangements for me to chose a different car. By the next day, I was in my new car. Bourne's culture is so much different than other dealerships. There is no pressure at all--not even when it comes to adding on warranties. I am very happy with this process and would highly recommend them. More

High quality customer service! Simply the best customer service experience I have ever had from any dealership in Massachusetts. Started off looking on line for a Subaru WRX STI. Simply the best customer service experience I have ever had from any dealership in Massachusetts. Started off looking on line for a Subaru WRX STI. Found many in the area. Bourne's auto center was the best price so I put them on my list for my first stop in my test drive itinerary. Contacted them via email and got a quick response from Amy who was very professional with setting up a time and date for a test drive. Very nice lady. I had 2 other appointments that same day but Bourne was the best price hands down. Came in for my test drive and met with Victoria (Tori) Very kind ,professional and knowledgeable employee at Bourne's auto center. She greeted me with respect and wasn't pushy like other car dealerships. She had the car pulled up front for me to check out and drive. Which the drive was awesome as ppl who own Subaru know...... Came back and said to Tori that I dont need to look any further this was the car... We talked and she helped out on every aspect of the financial set up before going to finance department. All in all every one that got me into my new car I salute you. I will be sending everyone that I know to Bourne's auto center when in need of a new vehicle. They have one of the best line up of vehicles on site.👍 More
