I was purchasing a car from out of state. Roland was extremely responsive and took me on a FaceTime tour of the car, even starting it. He continued to get me all the information I needed in a timely manner even driving the car to an external mechanic for an inspection. He helped me get the sale across the finish line and cooperated with the shipping company. I can’t say enough good things. More

From the start of us shopping for a new Hybrid to the end of driving off with a new Hybrid, Eddie S. was awesome and provided exceptional service to us. We initially met Eddie in the hopes of buying a Hybri of driving off with a new Hybrid, Eddie S. was awesome and provided exceptional service to us. We initially met Eddie in the hopes of buying a Hybrid Accord, and after test driving it. A CR-V caught my wife’s attention. From that point to almost 2 months later Eddie was the biggest help we’ve ever received in the whole process from ordering, with multiple questions asked in between. This is the 2nd vehicle we have bought from Valley, and I would continue to deal with this dealership, and hope when the time comes again Eddie would still be there and our salesman! More
