My experience started with WOW via email, their customer rep was very responsive and pleasant to negotiate with. I was inclined to choose this dealership due to that. She was straighforward, not pushy and no fluff, which are positive for me. I also met their sales manager briefly as I was wrapping up my decision. I came in later during their hours and my purchase was promptly processed at the end of the business day. I picked up my car 2 days later as I have arranged, albeit with ¼ tank of gas and uncharged EV battery. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
