John Albanese could not have been more informative, especially with 30 years of VW insights, and more patient as we took a while to ultimately make our decision. John was incredible with my entire family highlighting the differentiation of the Tiguan, and the value add; not many sales managers do that for you, all with precision. In finalizing our decision, I had the pleasure of meeting Angelo Alexiadis, the manager who was equally as professional, courteous, and informative. It's a great team dynamic that has been built at VW Bayside, and with three teenagers coming up the ranks, I'm sure they will see us more... Oh yeah, LOVE the silk blue, grey leather Tiguan which after an extensive search John and Angelo managed to get it to VW Bayside vs. waiting 3 months.
