Our direct salesman - Angelo was excellent and continues to stay in communication as needed on various cycles. The day of our trade in and purchase was very positive and professional. I would say the follow thru from the finance dep on the transition of paying off loan was sloppy and disappointing. I had to call in several times to get data on the cycle Probably from the dealership the need to followup with customer ends with sale but from our viewpoint - the cycle is fully sone when car loan of tradein is fully paid off. It would have made a better impression for us and a good end if there had been more proactive communication from the Finance Team to address our concerns . Overall things were great - this point would have made it excellent and given is full confidence to refer you to others More

Angelo was the best sales person ever. We found the car I wanted, he delivered it to me 100 miles away, there was a small scratch, he came back brought me a rental and took the truck back We found the car I wanted, he delivered it to me 100 miles away, there was a small scratch, he came back brought me a rental and took the truck back to be fixed and then again drove it back to me again another 100 miles. He filled up the tank both trips. He really went above and beyond for me. You dont find service like that anymore. I was so impressed with him.
