recently came in for an oil change and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. They got my truck in quickly, explained the service clearly, and even checked my tire pressure and fluid levels at no extra cost. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the whole process was fast and efficient—perfect for my busy schedule. I really appreciated the transparency and honesty about what my truck needed (and didn’t need). No upselling, just solid, trustworthy service. Been with Colonial West in Fitchburg since 2015 when I bought my first Chevy Colorado , everybody I dealt with then was great , got away from them for a little bit when I bought my 2018 Colorado but the d bought my first Chevy Colorado , everybody I dealt with then was great , got away from them for a little bit when I bought my 2018 Colorado but the dealership I was dealing with was pretty shady and I didn't like that attitudes so I came back to Colonial West in Fitchburg and haven't looked back . happy with the service team and the sales team that helped me when I bought my new truck I just bought a GMC Canyon Denali as a retirement truck and I'm very happy with it . I'm going to be a lifelong consumer with Colonial West of Fitchburg for service as well as new vehicles when I do buy one More
