My husband and I drive 2+ hours to purchase a 2026 Toyota Camry XSE from Ventura Toyota. Jim really worked hard to make sure we got a fair price that worked within our budget for the car we wanted. Anna in financing was also very professional and absolutely delightful to work with, she did a great job explaining all the "terms of agreement" with us and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. I had been dreading the car purchasing process. Part of my reluctance was due to my repetitively regretful experiences with my local dealership service center. My purchase at Ventura Toyota was a pleasant surprise. With new RAV4's hard to come by I took a look at their used stock. I found one to my liking (thank you Luis for the knowledge & test drive) and started the process. Jim McArdle handled the sale, including my trade in, in a professional and straightforward fashion. While there was not much in negotiations, there were a few points that Jim was very helpful in working through and making me feel good about the transaction. Being in sales myself I appreciated that he took my concerns to management to be worked out in a fair manor. While there was one minor hick-up in ordering a part, Jim quickly helped me get this corrected with the service department. In summary, my interactions with sales team and service department has been very satisfactory. It was well worth the drive from Santa Barbara to get this level of service. Thank you, Justin C. More
