I have been a Dean Team customer since 2012. I started with Annie in servicing my 2008 Tribeca. I bought my Subaru Forrester in 2019 from Dean Team. In 2021 I met Sam Grovert and have worked I started with Annie in servicing my 2008 Tribeca. I bought my Subaru Forrester in 2019 from Dean Team. In 2021 I met Sam Grovert and have worked with Sam for leasing of my 2022 Forester Wilderness, the purchase of my 2023 WRX Limited and my 2024 WRX Limited. Sam has also worked with us to purchase our 2022 Outback. Sam and Annie are the best in the business and are an asset to the Dean Team. Their personal service, care and ability to dial in to the needs of the customer are unmatched. Sams ability to anticipate the needs of the customer is uncanny! I also say the same about Annie. By providing some good market research on my end on both new and used prices the deal was completed in a short period of time with little need for the long back and forth negotiations. This is my fourth Subaru purchased from Dean Team which should tell you something about the dealership customer focused environment. The bonus is the Dean Team service department is also just as customer focused as I have used them to service my vehicles in the past.
