This was my first time having service work done at Dean Team, I had a trailer hitch installed on my Subaru Outback I had just purchased. The experience was great! The price I was quoted was reasonable, I dealt with two different service people and they were both very nice and informative. The work was completed within the estimated time frame I was given and the price was actually just slightly less than quoted. The installation looked fantastic! FWIW, I did not buy my car at Dean Team, I tried to and wanted to but just couldn't come together on price and ended up buying my car at a different dealer. However, my experience in shopping for cars at Dean Team, and in trying to make my deal, was so pleasant and I liked everyone I dealt with so much, I actually felt a little "guilty" for buying the same car elsewhere but it had a couple of extra features and was just a better deal. This is why, when I wanted a hitch on my new car, I came to Dean Team to have it done. I'll be back for all my maintenance and service. (Oh, and when it comes time for a car again, I'll try again :) ) More

After shopping two other Subaru dealers that day, I walked into Dean Team and Shawn greeted me. I asked him about a Crosstrek I had found online in their inventory. He looked it up, grabbed some keys a walked into Dean Team and Shawn greeted me. I asked him about a Crosstrek I had found online in their inventory. He looked it up, grabbed some keys and pulled it up at the door. We talked about it and some dealer installed options. I was in and out in less than two hours. No pressure just questions and answers. Jason in finance was smooth and easy. I brought the car back in for installed options and Annie in service was great. Easy drop off with a loaner car too. Hats Off to the Dean Team! More
