An A+ Experience We have had 2 cars from Treasure Coast Lexus but when it came time for our 3rd one we decided to stay local since we live in Vero Beach. However, aft We have had 2 cars from Treasure Coast Lexus but when it came time for our 3rd one we decided to stay local since we live in Vero Beach. However, after visiting several dealers in our area we learned that Treasure Coast is far superior to any of the other dealers that we visited both in person and on line. We decided that it was well worth the nearly one hour drive from our home to stay with this dealership. Everyone we worked with went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. They made our experience friendly and efficient. Were were treated as the "guests" they call their customers. Thanks to Daphne, Anthony, Steve and Rick for their A + service.. Anthony was exceptional with quick responses and providing us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision. When we stopped in to take the test drive, Anthony had Brian show us the car and go over many of the features. As we entered the showroom we were also warmly greeted by Gary, the General Manager, who welcomed us into the Lexus family and provided his personal cell number as they all did. We reached out to each of them on a few occasions and they were prompt and professional. When we purchased the vehicle it was flawlessly detailed and Marc did an excellent job going over all the technology available on the vehicle. Steve in the finance office was very professional and offered all the available options to take care of the vehicle. The entire staff at Treasure Coast Lexus was professional and very knowledgeable and I would gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle. This is not our first new vehicle purchase but it was by far the best dealership experience we've ever encountered anywhere. We'll see them all again at the next barbecue. More

10K Service I went in for a complimentary car wash and it was suggested even though I had driven only 5K miles in a year, that I should have the 10K miles service I went in for a complimentary car wash and it was suggested even though I had driven only 5K miles in a year, that I should have the 10K miles service done since it was part of my lease deal. The service was completed in a timely fashion and my car was washed while I was snacking at their complementary snack bar, which is by far the best in the Treasure Coast area of any other dealership.
